From the first storybook page to a growing village — matched, built and forged in real gameplay.
This is the real harvest puzzle. Drag across three or more touching tiles of the same kind — the longer the chain, the bigger the haul. Gold tiles count triple.
The village reacts to every harvest — play a few rounds and watch the news roll in.
We had walked three days from the old valley, where the houses had grown too close together and the soil too thin. We carried little — tools, seeds, and an old embroidery tucked in grandmother's chest. We followed the river south.
Late on the fourth day, we came to a clearing. The stream ran clear and quick. The soil was dark and kind. Someone had lived here long ago — a lone stone marked where a hearth once stood. We looked at each other. We laid down our burdens. Here, we would build.
A relaxing loop of clever match-3 puzzles feeding a living village economy — cozy on the surface, surprisingly deep underneath.

The longer your chain, the bigger the payoff. Golden tiles pay triple, bloom and vein wildcards bridge a broken run, and a critical ×2 strike can turn one good move into the whole haul — while weeds and rocks creep in to block your best lines.
Assign workers by hand, manage per-building storage, and watch resources pile up in real time. Your villagers keep working while you're away — up to 8 hours of offline production waiting on your return.

Plai is built from the ground up in Godot 4 — the free, open-source game engine. That means a lean, offline-first build with no trackers, no bloat, and full control over every frame.
I took part in the closed testing, and since then it has become much better. The game is very good, and I like the developer’s approach to monetization — it doesn’t have the huge amount of advertising you see in similar games. I wish the author success!
Superb, relaxing, enjoyable!
Great project — we look forward to new versions.
